Attorney Michael Tilton

Born in the Philippines, Attorney Michael Tilton was the son of a military father and a school teacher mother. This gave him a worldly experience as a child and during his childhood, he lived in several different geographical areas- from the Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines to Germany, California and finally San Antonio, Texas.

After settling down in Texas, Mike enrolled into the University of Houston where he gained his undergraduate degree in both Political Science and Psychology. He then attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Team and the Board of Advocates. As he worked on getting his law degree, he was able to gain legal experience as he clerked at litigation firms – getting the chance to understand both sides of the court room as he represented both plaintiff and defendants at different points in his time spent there.

Upon graduation, Mike followed his passion of representing the plaintiff and worked first for a Houston plaintiff's law firm and later left to join the ranks of Arnold & Itkin LLP. He now spends his time putting his experience to work in complex personal injury claims, such as those involving 18-wheeler accidents. His passion for this area of the law leads him to constantly work closely with his clients – always looking out for his best interests. At the end of the day, he doesn't believe in utilizing tricks and strongly believes that hard work, dedication and preparation are all that an attorney needs to defend his clients.
