Wronged Client Awarded $38.2 Million Jury Verdict
Arnold & Itkin LLP secured a jury verdict of more than $38 million for a wronged client in a case involving one of the largest corporations in Hawaii.
In a lawsuit against Key Principal Partners LLC and its parent Key Corporation, the legal team of Attorneys Kurt Arnold and Jason Itkin from Arnold & Itkin LLP were able to secure a jury verdict in excess of $38 million. It was one of the largest verdicts to date for the firm and is representative of their ability to provide real results for their injured clients.
Attorney's fees and expenses totaled $11,906,014.00.
Head Injury Cases Settles For $14 Million
Arnold & Itkin settles a case on behalf of a client who suffered a serious head injury, obtaining a $14 million settlement.
After suffering a substantial head injury, a Louisiana client sought out the legal team from Arnold & Itkin LLP. This case was filed in Galveston County Court in March of 2008 and in February of 2009 was set for trial. After working with their firm, the client was able to achieve a $14 million dollar settlement to compensate for the serious damage that they had suffered.
Attorney's fees and expenses totaled $6,024,236.00.
Arnold & Itkin Get $11.5 Settlement for Injured Offshore Worker

Arnold & Itkin LLP won a jury verdict for $10.9 million on behalf of a Louisiana family in a case involving the serious injury of a child and the wrongful death of a mother.
Arnold & Itkin LLP recently represented a Louisiana family who had lost their mother to a wrongful death and who had a five-year-old girl who had suffered associated serious injuries. By working with Arnold & Itkin LLP, the family was able to secure almost $10 million in a jury verdict after a trial that spanned over three weeks total.
$9.6 Million Awarded in Texas Jury Verdict
Arnold & Itkin LLP won a $9.6 million verdict for a client who suffered a serious injury resulting in partial blindness.
In Harris County, TX, Arnold & Itkin LLP recently filed a case regarding a man who had suffered from a serious injury that had left him with almost the entire loss of sight in one of his eyes. Following a trial appearance, the jury deliberated for almost two days before coming back with a $9.6 million verdict.

In a case involving a negligent company, Arnold & Itkin LLP wins a $9 million settlement on behalf of their client.
Multiple clients worked with the legal team at Arnold & Itkin LLP to bring a case against a large company. Headed by Attorney Kurt Arnold, the firm proved that the company had been negligent in their actions and were able to obtain a $9 million settlement on behalf of their clients.

Louisiana Residents Achieves $7 Million Settlement
Arnold & Itkin secured a $7 million settlement for a Louisiana client who suffered brain damage and memory loss.
After suffering from serious brain damage and subsequent memory loss, a Louisiana worker called on the legal from Arnold & Itkin LLP to help him represent his best interests. Together, the team was able to deal with the complex legal issues that the case involved and was able to achieve a $7.2 million settlement after the jury selection had occurred. Of this, the client was able to walk away with $4, while over $2.5 was tired into the structured fund to help provide for him in the future. Regardless of the complexity of the case, including substantial defendants and massive amounts of medical records, the firm was still able to be successful on behalf of the client.

Arnold & Itkin Win $7.1 On Behalf of Injured Offshore Worker
A maritime worker was represented by Arnold & Itkin attorneys who were able to restore him $7.1 million in a settlement.
Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Jason Itkin and Cory Itkin were able to obtain a settlement on behalf of their client, an injured offshore worker. The man had sustained a herniated disc and concussion while performing his job duties. Because of their successful representation, Arnold & Itkin was able to restore their client $7.1 million.
