Early this morning near Tampa Bay, Florida, a dump truck crashed into a car. The accident sent the two passengers of the vehicle to the hospital. State troopers informed reporters that neither passenger was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. While this accident seems to be completely the fault of the passengers in the vehicle, many are not like this.
