22 people were injured in a Connecticut accident Monday morning. The incident occurred around 7 in the morning when a bus was stopped appropriately at a bus stop. The bus was hit from behind by a large service truck. The impact was strong enough to propel the bus forward about 100 feet. One passenger who was standing outside of the bus and loading his bicycle onto the rack ended up underneath the bus. Four out of the 22 total injuries were serious.
They were taken to the hospital to have their injuries assessed. While the accident was being cleaned up, the truck that made impact with the bus caught on fire. What this appears to be is a case of truck driver negligence. If you were injured in an accident caused by a truck driver who was not paying attention while operating their vehicle, get help from a
